Mark Hall is vice-chairman of the House Insurance Committee. He is also a member of the House Health and House Local Committees, as well as the Mental Health & Substance Abuse, Property & Casualty, and Property & Planning Subcommittees. Hall lives in Cleveland and represents Tennessee House District 24, which includes a portion of Bradley County.
